i dont think i have ever found your unprompted replies to my posts contributing to the topic i was talking about. I believe you are trying your best but think about the time and place, and also the volume in which you reply to me.

i did. Half of it, or rather a third of it i have found interesting and i will relisten and the other half are just the same slob he has been making past after hours. No weekend hate tbh i still think he can make hits like the idol songs but im just glad this era is finally over.

You said half of it sounds like the same slob he’s been making since After Hours. I posted 14 tracks that sound nothing like anything on AH or Dawn

It'd be today if it happens

4x4 was so mid. But W Trav.

Down 31%, and also Grammy night, so not too drastic of a Sunday drop. Should bounce back up to 37M-40M today.

Correction on 3rd day Spotify streaming numbers for HUT. The 33 million figure seems to only be songs from the album that made the Top 200 yesterday:

    Extremely solid third day performance.

Not trying to start any arguments, solely discussion / speculation:

I’m very interested to see what the Drake & Party album does first week. We all know what happened last year, but I don’t think anyone was expecting Not Like Us to clean house at the Grammys, and then the next Drake project drops mere days afterwards

It’ll obviously be R&B and we know Drake’s R&B isn’t what usually tops the charts for him, but at the same time Party’s last album was very successful (relative for him) and a Drake/Party collab record has been anticipated for over a decade.

I think the reception will definitely be better than HNVM so it won’t have bad word of mouth against it, but I also don’t think it will garner as many repeat listens as Her Loss did.

It’ll probably be between 12-15 tracks, so if I had to make a super early prediction I’d say maybe like 230-260K?

If it gets a traditional release I think 175-200k. Have no clue how this will release tho

Wym? They announced it drops on Valentine’s Day

I feel like this album is gonna be Drake worst first week. PND isn’t bringing any interest, this isn’t Rap, his own label beefing with him….

Also while the release date makes sense to an extent, it is still bad timing. Kendrick’s SuperBowl boost will be the week before AND he’s releasing physicals that week. It could build into a high sales week for the following week too….

If GNX blocks it then all hell will break loose

At that point he just lost all self awareness and is in his own way because it’s just creating layups for Kendrick

It honestly isn’t smart to release the week after Kendrick with such a discourse that ppl want to see Drake fail

It will 100% be on DSPs.

Yes, Drake is involved in a legal issue with UMG, but that got nothing to do with Party. I don’t think Drake would sabotage his own artist like that.

And if it did drop at a random time on 2/14 that wouldn’t have that much effect on the first week number, unless it was like 3PM or later or some s***

We’ll see. I wouldn’t be surprised either way
