The new Kdot projections are not impressive either.

She had her calculations very wrong as HITSDD already said 281K = 325M streams then 10k pure for GNX in their projections
Then she said 400M= 290K lol
HDD actually projected GNX to so 31k in pure sales, 325M in streams and 291k in total units. That's about 260k from 325M streams.
All it means is that the album is performing better on Apple Music than projected. Lil Uzi did 400M streams back in 2020 and that amounted to 288k units. SZA did 405M streams in 2022 and that amounted to 310k units but it's always better to be conservative because you don't know how much of the streams of an album will come from paid/premium consumers. That's all. My initial projections had the album doing 300-400k anyways.

Uzi got him wiped down, SZA got him wiped down
Uzi got him wiped down, SZA got him wiped down
To be fair, those albums had more tracks.

It’s the first week most streamed album of all time in its weight class.
How is that not impressive

also SZA outstreamed him in 2022

Kendrick doesn’t need to drop 29 track albums to make himself look big
Kendrick doesn’t need to drop 29 track albums to make himself look big
I actually think he does.
That's the only way Drake sells so much with each album release, is because he deliberately chooses to bloat his albums with 20+ songs to inflate his album sales
We all saw what happened when Honestly Neverminded wasn't a 90 minute marathon with 20+ songs, it only sold 204k fw
and multiple soulless cashgrab features like that Bad Bunny record
but hey at least he doesn’t bundle
I actually think he does.
Quality over quantity brother
If Drake had any artistic integrity he would trim the fat off his albums, but he chooses to release 29 track albums to inflate his numbers.

Points like these are stupid. You don't win a prize for dropping short albums and dropping an album with a ton of tracks doesn't necessarily mean you'll pull massive streams, ask Chris Brown and Future.
Looking at those FATD numbers like what arreeeee thoooseee
I mean without 30 tracks your angels aren't even coming close

Drake this decade:
Dark Lane Demo Tapes (14 tracks)
Honestly, Nevermind (14 tracks)
Her Loss (16 tracks)

with label backing on top of it lmao
Scorpion had his last few hits with any staying power but Spotify was literally covered in Drake ads on every playlist

16 f***ing features on CLB for what was an obvious numbers push

Mental victories above all I guess?

This level of cope is nasty.

S*** is nasty. Now they're s***ting on Drake's numbers to make themselves feel better. Her Loss has 16 tracks and amassed over 500M US streams but they think Drake needs 300 songs on an alum to pull streams

Government mandated Future, Durk, and Lil Baby features

Billboards in every state / country saying “HEY YOUR POPULAR LOCAL ARTIST IS ON CLB PLEASE LISTEN”
