The amount of versions is irrelevant. No fan is obliged to buy a version they don't want to.

I feel for the Weeknd stans who bought his mystery box 2 months ago - only for him to drop another one at a reduced price today. Truly shameless.

I think that's fair, I think I maybe have a different definition of popstar to billboard/others though

like Beyonce & Jay Z together really struggled selling out stadiums 6~ years ago, meanwhile The Weeknd is like 15 slots down the list doing it for fun etc, whilst also having his music listened to probably 2-3x more than Beyonce in the last 10 years
