Outsold Big Steppers on 4 days tracking?
Yeah and outstreaming Utopia/Mr Morale every day but weirdos in here still wont admit Tyler has tightened the gap on Kendrick/Cole/Trav lol

That's because they think Kendrick will move 3M units first week with his next album.
I did not know Juice WRLD sold that much posthumously
2020 was peak bundle era before they banned them
Man lowkey wish Future did some bundle s*** for We Dont Trust You
They did 251k purely of streaming
i wonder if we'll see a pop artist come close to taylor's streaming dominance this decade
she only really blew up streaming wise during covid so maybe it's possible
it doesn't feel right to me that TTPD did 891m streams first week in the US
that's more than
Eternal Sunshine (194m)
Dawn FM (173m)
Hit Me Hard And Soft (170m)
Justice (157m)
Radical Optimism (40m~)
all combined lmao

Her streams are crazy but you need to take into account that she has around 600 songs (with Taylor's Versions included)
Billie Eilish's streams are way more incredible for me because she has like 70 songs total and every single one has over 100m streams

Similar thing with Bruno Mars or Olivia Rodrigo

Doubtful. You’d have to get someone with like a 10-15 album back catalog (including both OG albums and re-recordings here) that people still want to listen to, and then have them also hit their commercial peak during that period.
Nevermind you talk about different things
You right tho, Billie's numbers are insane but when her album dropped it didn't feel like a major event, it's weird, it's like these "newer" artists are incapable of creating moments in the culture where everyones stopping to listen

I've noticed that too and it's weird. Taylor has a very strong fanbase and she started before the streaming era got big so I guess thats another factor
Billie also dropped at the worst time possible because Taylor had momentum and did her dirty lol
I wasn’t asking you
I’m not asking you either when I tell you it’s not an R&B album
That's because they think Kendrick will move 3M units first week with his next album.
Not a soul said this or ever implied this

Literally no one thinks he could even sell more than 700k,
but she’s going to find one random person on Twitter who thinks he will and use them as a representation of all Kendrick Lamar stans, lol
Tyler sold 300k in 4 days. It’s time to start having those conversations
Not really, Tyler and Travis just in everyone’s range plus bundles to appear higher. If most artists did bundles, we’d probably see similar numbers from everyone plus their streams that week but most just do stream and digital download. He still did amazing in such a short time
He would have done similar numbers with a full week and no bundles

nah his numbers are mad impressive no matter how you cut it
200 mln streams in 4 days is crazy for someone like him

I think Harry can maybe do it, he had the hardcore fanbase buff from 1D but it hasn't helped any of the others so idk how helpful it really was
His next album is gonna cement him as the #2 popstar unless the quality falls off a cliff
