You clearly don’t know how radio works if you think songs only get airplay because of “payola!!!” Do you know what are callouts, rolling effect, all the different formats?
Again, it seems like a coping mechanism because you can’t accept that your personal experiences don’t reflect the real world. So, every pop song is only a hit because of “payola”. It’s like all these people here on KTT not accepting Greedy being a hit “because they never heard it” as if it wasn’t the most streamed song in the world for weeks now.
