They'll say anything to defend dubious practices certain artists engage in so long as it's an artist they like. Those remixes Taylor dropped are some of the least-streamed songs in her career but they moved enough pure sales units to keep Anti-Hero at #1 long enough and that's the only reason she released them in the first place. Anyone thinking otherwise is an idiot.

Even her fans (at least, the ones who are smart enough about her antics) know the real reason for all her remixes/multiple single versions.
