Thats cool. I've already said it's impressive when an artist can market themselves well enough to sell merchandise (which CD and Vinyls are). I'm just saying that if we want to measure how popping an album is in a week, we look at the streaming numbers because that's how the vast majority of people are gonna consume that music

This topic can never go anywhere and never has in the history of mankind because

• there is nothing quite like an album in any other medium of art entertainment to fairly liken it to

I knew this was gonna happen after it became apparent this year that pure sales were driving some of the biggest albums of the year.

Drake would be too stubborn to do them, sell relatively low for his standards, then his stans on here would start undermining the importance/relevance of pure sales
