Streams are weighed based on the equivalent of REVENUE generated.
An album that does 200k off streaming is getting the revenue of 200k album sales.
They don’t weigh streams just based on however they feel. They aren’t going to change how much streams count because the numbers “look low”.
When you stream an album you do it again over and over for weeks and YEARS. First weeks simply matter much less now for an albums overall picture because streaming is something done on a consistent basis over years not in a single week (as shown with Bad Bunny, Morgan Wallen, etc). Y’all need to understand that.

If people really listened to Drake because it's Drake, the fact that it's a dance album wouldn't matter and the decline wouldn't be as drastic (but it would still be there)
