You're using surprise album as an excuse, as if people didn't know about HN dropping. I'm saying that's not really a reason for it underperforming because sales still haven't picked up since the first week and people have certainly heard about it by now. It's a Drake album
I said Kendrick didn't do much promo, he definitely did promo. That Oklama tweet in late 2021 and post announcing the album's title and release date earlier this year count as promo imo. I disagreed with you saying CLB didn't have much promo

Yep. It has left the top 10 for just one week since it dropped in January 2021. It'll outlast every album that's dropped so far this decade so using its numbers to drag another album is moot. It's that once-in-a-career album that very few artists get.
