Cardi should’ve had album #2 ready in 2020 and dropped during WAP’s reign and it would’ve done fine. She dumb as hell for taking 5 years to follow up her debut.

Nicki also stupid as hell taking 5 years between albums. She should’ve dropped a mixtape with just street s*** to fix her image at this point, rather than hyping up these loosie collabs for months straight that flop after the first week.

She’d also be better off just dropping an album and hoping something sticks during release. She’s not good as choosing singles.

If Hot S*** was a solo song, it would have fared better IMO. Cardi killed it. That Durk feature is some phoned in ass, and the Ye feature, while hard, just doesn’t match Cardi’s energy. Would have preferred two more Cardi verses instead. Track is far from a career killer though, just needs to drop again soon.
