On the charts? Absolutely. Most of its success came after it had left the Hot 100. It kept gaining streams but it wasn't a successful chart hit.
The charts really suck ass
Drakes best s*** charts the lowest. And thats the case for a lot artists

I'm saying it wasn't a chart hit lol. It's eligible for 6x Platinum now because it's been gaining streams since its release, so in that regard, yes, it has great recurrent streaming. But as at when it was released, it wasn't getting streamed enough to remain stable in the top 10/20. Hope you get me.

Some of my favorite Drake songs never charted and some of my favorite artists never even chart at all lol.
Charts are a part of the picture for commercially-relevant mainstream artists because it's a way to measure the general public's engagement with their music. It only works for artists who are mainstream staples, though.
