Huge ICP FanImagine if Push was the one to drop the nuke on Drake instead of Kendrick
It’s different because Push is a great rapper, but he mostly relies on his legacy with Clipse and his association with Ye/Pharrell. So while he won against Drake, Drake could bounce back from a commercial standpoint, which is something Pusha couldn’t really do because he’s more niche.
Kendrick on the other hand, is the other biggest rapper of the same generation and he had the ability to beat Drake critically, commercial and in the culture and he did. The damage done against Drake there is different because Drake can’t use anything against Kendrick like he could Pusha. He can’t say “Caught me slipping TWICE, ok so what??”.

serenadei can see both points. i guess i just find it weird when he was so desperate to win the beef with kendrick that he was willing to tell whitney, who he alleged to be a domestic abuse victim, to twerk for him and made jokes about kendrick getting molested. i guess he doesn't have the same kind of hatred for abel.
Abel also just wasnt the main target
those shots to me were him just double tapping them in the head to get em out the way before the real boss battle
if it was a dedicated abel back and forth it probably plays out way differently
