He’s stuck in a place where the medication would stop all of this stuff but it would also turn him into a shell of himself as we saw post hospitalization.
Those meds also lead to drastic weight gain as we have seen and heard Ye speak about.
He is literally having to choose between being a zombie Kanye that does no wrong but also can’t create or being what he is right now and continuing to spiral but still being able to get his ideas out.
