Lol, OP, I appreciate the work that you put into this list, but still, it's time to move on. Yes, Kanye has writers like Timberlake has writers, like Michael Jacks had writers, almost all of Frank Sinatra songs are written by someone else. It doesn't really nullify Kanye's impact on music and even on lyrics, but it does put him in the other category.
CyHi said it perfectly on VladTV, they are not competing with rappers, they compete with every genre in order to get Grammy (LOL), and in the most genres people are using writers.
So, it's ok that Kanye is not really as solid as Lil Wayne in making rhymes, because all attempts to paint Kanye as involved in his lyrics as he maybe once was just seem pitiful.
For me and for many other people the concept of rap is that someone writes verse by himself, and Kanye mostly just doesn't fit it anymore.
If Kanye really wrote the majority of Gorgeous then idc if he writes complete bullshit for the rest of his career, he's forever goated for that. He spazzed on that song

MBDTF was Ye in his prime. man was actually writing lyrics. not even free styling
Why isnt Cyhi credited on WTT despite what he said on VladTV ? @op
It's a different label situation, I'm not sure of the specifics but I think there's a far less chance Kanye can own WTT as opposed to his solo albums
The songs from Twisted Fantasy sessions were penned by Ye but CyHi helped on the newer ones
@op add wtt and ksg
No credited co writers on either, we know Ye wrote his verses from Twisted Fantasy sessions like The Joy, That's My B**** etc. but they're different label situations so there's no telling whats the deal with the rest of the tracks
Great verses, I imagine Rhymefest gave him a couple bars but Ye was writing writing on Twisted Fantasy
I think Malik's contributions were to hooks too, I know for sure one was All of the Lights
Great point here, getting hooks written is very common tbh
Tbh ye is definitely able to write amazing songs by himself, it's just that he loves collaborating with people and that's been a staple of his work since the very beggining of his career, he's always said he loved using other people input and talent to complete his vision, which made for great results
