What lies is he spreading? Yea he is criticizing liberals because they spread bullshit rhetoric about him. Where is he propping up republicans though? Every single time he said you don’t have to vote Democrat because you are black, he never said go vote republican, he just said think for yourself and make the decision. Just cause Republicans are ass doesn’t mean Democrats aren’t, the real problem is we only have 2 s***ty choices so I agree that he shouldn’t align to any party but if he did that he wouldn’t have a chance.
You are right he worships these white designer but at the same time he is also preaching that black people can get to that level, he’s trying to show that.
Don’t get me wrong I am not giving him an excuse and saying he doesn’t and hasn’t been f***ing up. But at the same time we can’t just pick and choose a simple statement and create an agenda with it. This man said “slavery for 400 years, to me that sounds like a choice” but we can’t ignore that he also is talking about how 1 in 3 black people are imprisoned (that number is completely wrong by the way but let’s ignore that for a second) and that we need to address this issue, you can’t focus on the first and call him a coon by ignoring the 2nd statement.
the government administrated aids wasn’t an unpopular thought back then and the most contrarian thing he did back then was become an LGBTQ advocate at a time when it wasn’t popular for a rapper to do so. But unlike his Trump Jesus era I don’t think it was for shock value but these last few years does make me question whether Ye was actually genuine about anything in the past.
Ye hasn’t verbally said he’s conservative or republican but he keeps aligning with people who are so he really doesn’t have to. Democrats are problematic, nobody’s denying that but if you’re supposedly a free thinker then stop targeting one group simply because they don’t seem to like you anymore. You want to “break the simulation” then how about telling more black people to become independent. Telling black people they have a slave mentality and then shilling for Trump isn’t a good look no matter how you spin it.

It would be if he wasn’t calling Black people sheep at the same time. There’s plenty of black owned businesses right now but trying to be at the same success level as a white man isn’t easy and as far as I know Kanye isn’t helping any black businesses. Kanye’s goal in life is to become the Black Howard Hughes and he thinks by aligning with influential wealthy white people no matter how problematic of a person they may be it’ll get him closer to that goal.
