DZEBut I’m positive that releasing this gave him as much or maybe even more fulfillment than those classics, so he’s been consistent since day 1 so what could possibly be disappointing other than you feel he’s not catering to you or really anyone else.
This is a pointless discussion since no one can see in his head and regardless of course I care about how his music fits what I want from it
But my metric for what I want from him is incredibly open right now

flute only half rides the drums in a cool off kilter way. the mixing is abrasive in an enjoyable way. it’s clear the aesthetic vision for this and wash us in the blood were the same. like yandhi beats with more edge
