Maybe it’s a low point compared to the rest of his discography but it’s still a nice introspective raw album that bridges the gap between albums. I think it adds to his catalog on the whole. JIK and everything after are just taking away from his legacy

My daily teas are Oolong and a Chamomile x Lavender blend.

Oolong is a good coffee alternative and also good before a workout. Speeds up that metabolism.

Chamomile and lavender (with cinnamon) for taste and relaxation. I drink this the most

Dandelion root is good too after a meal, it helps digestion but it tastes very earthy. It’s a grower.

Hibiscus and Blue Lotus are also good.

As far as brands go I pretty much only drink
Tetley, Traditional Medicinal and Lipton.

Loose leaf blends I get from someone else, none of which I have on hand at the moment. I’m only just now starting to get into those. For those you can look online for a whole bunch of unique flavors and what not. Or research and buy herbs directly and make them your own. That’s what I did with Blue Lotus cause I heard it gives you a subtle high which it does.
