ThisHeatNo that’s stupid lol it’s the fact the final thing is worse than the leaks that’s the issue. If the final UTG was an improvement on LOA then that would be great, but it’s not. Drums removed, very good guitar removed, a very energetic and momentum building kanye verse removed and a literally off beat clipse feature added. There’s no defence of that last bit anyone can make lol. the leaks just show that the final album he released was subpar to pretty much everything he’s recorded over the last twelve months, had I listened to the leaks after the album had released my opinion would be the same

I think if you listen to glory, the original LOA, dreams, city in the sky, hurricane v2, and then listen to JIK then there’s clearly a gap between the two sets of songs in terms of quality of writing and production etc
I listened to all the leaks yesterday. And the only 2 tracks that would have fit JIK would have been 80 degrees and We Got Love( diff type of lyrics).
Some of the Yandhi songs had potential.
But that type of tone wouldn't have fit on the "finished and final" product.
