Nov 5, 2019·edited·3 repliesThink the disappointing thing about this album was the quality of the leaks, combined with the fact that it was delayed four times and the expectations that brought. Fantastic songs like LOA, spread your wings, then later on Follow God and Glory, the rumour of a seven minute god is. Songs which we knew were cut but he was doing interesting very laboured production on like the second version of hurricane. And then the final thing for the majority of it just feels so lifeless. He’s clearly still capable of making very good music, but it’s as if his ability to make sensible decisions after making his music just isn’t there anymore

Nov 5, 2019·1 replyI know a lot of people are bashing the album but I don't think I've ever been 'closer' to a project or artist my entire life.
I was diagnosed bipolar last year and found faith - a few weeks later I see Kanye starting up his Sunday Service and have been hooked ever since.
This is just perfect for me. I really love this album. Probably said it a million times already and want to say it a million times more. I really feel like me and Ye are on a similar journey.

It's truly amazing. It's easy to trash music and the forum thrives on quotes and funny posts but this is above all that for me.

I don’t think that will happen. And I wasn’t making the point that yandhi should have been released but rather just JIK in no way matches the potential that Kanye has to make far better music
