I’m usually really forgiving about a lot of stuff in Kanye’s music but the uneven vocal mixing in Everything We Need and the new God Is is f***ing horrendous and something I can’t believe I’m hearing from an artist as big as Kanye.

This is easily the best album of the year lol not even close to me

The old God Is was fine but on the new one, he interrupts the raspy part to add in new lines that aren’t raspy. But they are at a different volume and not blended in well at all so it’s jarring af and kills the vibe of the song.

Something for y'all to listen & be inspired by if you like Jesus is king, this performance is so amazing.

I really hope that Kanye updates this album. It’s needs some Wolves type of tweeking and another saint Pablo. If it was just longer I would be liking it a lot more but with the way it is right now it just feels rushed.
