Okay, I have a lot of respect for Water now cause it clicked. It's my least favorite track from a sonic standpoint, but it's genius in a sense that he's tying the purity of water with how pure Jesus is & how with Ye's verse He's asking Jesus (Aka The Water) to purify everything he stats in his prayer thus makes us pure. & with the whole "Take the chlorine out of the conversation" thing is about removing the toxins (the evils out of your life) on your path of righteousness
