so being a religious fundamentalist is considered a good mental space to be in wow
If he finds peace in religion than let him be.

Take this s*** to twitter please
They’ll love it
This the first big boy interview i wasnt feeling big boy. He was trying yo make it a Kanye vs blacks thing when Kanye wasnt even on no controversial s***.
He's a radio personality, If he was all agreeing with Kanye on everything it wouldn't get as much attention Imo. Still, Kanye seemed to enjoy it and the interview was amazing Imo, both the interviews we got so far are iconic
If you like Carti or DHL dont complain about lyrics on this my g.
I love Thug but that one guy yesterday who said that no song on here touches Hot by Thug and Gunna had me cackling
Lmaoooo what did you expect on a gospel album?
Y'all hating on it despite knowing what you were going to listen to, it's a gospel album, I've never heard gospel music with hard hitting, 32 bars verses on them. The lyrics on this are heartfelt, direct and preachy, just like any prayer is, because that's what someone would expect from an album called "Jesus Is King". I don't have a problem with you disliking the album for its religious themes, but I'd like for you to take into account what the album is about before criticizing certain aspects of it

I really like the album but I wished it felt more finished. I also could've done without a lot of the singing from Ye. His rapping was way more interesting to me. And it's way too short.
My favorite song rn is Follow God. The only song I really dislike is Water. That s*** is boring af.

In no way does he have fundamentalist views
Being against premarital s***isn't exclusive to fundamentalists
Unless you want to make the Chik Fil A shoutout into a whole 'Ye is homophobic now' s***
chick fil a was unnecessary and the way he’s been presenting himself in interviews and on this album doesn’t point to someone who’s ina very good mental space tbh
And I wish Everything We Need wasnt on here
Top 3 bottom tbh
i knew i was listening to a gospel album and that’s not a problem. his writing and delivery is incredibly lazy though. there’s ways to make this sound good
I can sort of agree with the delivery aspect, but the verse is a prayer, and prayers are never complicated or have some sort of play on words that a rap verse would have, so i really enjoy it. Plus, I find it really fitting for the song's theme of water and how its both the most pure and most simple thing

considering religion saved my dads life yeah

I've been a Ye stan since Grad and he's been like this for as long as I remember. The causes he's repped changed, but the way he's gone about his business is still the same.
I'm not gonna play Doctor Google though and pretend like I'm an expert on mental health, just speaking from my perspective as a fan.
