HimotheeThe worst part is we all know this gospel s*** is just a phase for Kanye. He's never on the same s*** for more than a year. He will move pass this and go back to making music with cursing and raunchy s*** soon. Remember Wyoming era when he was planning to drop 52 7-track albums in 2019 in order to take over the grammys? I like how every song is blistering with static but the static isn't just hovering around the music, the static is radiating from it
I like how its not overproduced or overly compressed so it doesn't give me listening fatigue half way through the album
I like how its raw and natural
I like how it uses sounds that some people might consider annoying but only because they have an idea in their head already about what music is supposed to sound like. the most solidified the idea in your head is of what its supposed to sound like before you even listen to it, the more alien its going to be. Thats awesome.
