It was a troll, no one actually believed that, sorry bro :'(
Damn, I tried avoiding any leaks/info so I don’t look too far into it to see that it was a troll
where does it seem like it needs drums to you? Surely it would make the choir sound weaker and on things like Selah it would take away from the power of those hits we do get that work with Ye's vocal.
I could be missing some spots tho.
Use this gospel definitely. And felt like Closed on sundays could evolve to bring in drums and a rap verse in the end
I'm on Hands On right now and it feels like theres a lot of great ideas that went unfinished, incomplete. Also if you had a set date when the album was due (TWICE) why did you choose a date when the mixing is so obviously unfinished on some songs? I'm not a mixing genius either am more of a casual listener but if it even sounds jarring to me I cant fathom how this went through many hands.
I'm not completely sure why people are complaining about the themes of the album like... you knew his state of mind because from the promos and services.

When you didn't listen to the leaks
those are simply classic lines if we being honest tho
you damn right
It’s growing on me, still don’t love it.
It’s easily Kanye’s most abstract album ever though. I can understand now why he was originally going for a Yeezus sequel type vibe with the Yandhi cover.
water highly underrated sadly yes verse sucks but the choir and the production are great
