Yeah, this is the kind of Kanye album I want in 2019. I saved every song tbh, even if Water will get a little grating. He's making a new lane for himself rather in music rather than trying to cling onto what he had when he was the genre's biggest artist. Long term this will only make him more legendary, and short term anyone who's that pissed about it can go and listen to the countless more conventional hip hop projects he's already released.

I'm happy to hear him sound like he actually has a reason to be making these songs... Most artists get to this stage of their career and make worse versions of things they've already done, what Kanye's doing is so much better than that and actually has some purpose to it. It's still one of the better hip hop projects OTY too. And it's believable and relatable, much more believable than him putting out MBDTF-lyrical content as a father of four.. I've been wanting him to make the transition to DadRap for a few years now, this is the closest we got

Both of them are the best tracks on their respective albums and atleast Follow God and God Is better than both
