Idk if you read many non Kanye articles but referring to an artist as “the ____ singer/rapper” is so common that it’s a meme lol it’s just a lazy common writing technique that is used for every musician, people joke about it on here a lot
As for the doc title, it’s referring to the dictionary pronunciation I think so it’s technically not a “misspelling”, it’s a stupid title but idk if it had racist intentions
