2 of the songs on JIK weren't even full songs

ea didnt have a rollout my friend, it was just the hype that was behind it

Majority of collabs do worse than solos tho. Doubt it’d be that long of a project too

And Uzi makes sense anyway since it was so long since he dropped + JIK and Ye not even being over 11 tracks. If Ye dropping a 15+ track album then a collab won’t beat him

the big difference is that EA proceeded to do extremely well after first week and JIK dropped hard

well yeah current gen stars def have more longevity on their projects. JIK specifically was always doomed post first week cus of its content/lack of appeal. Still impressive for 43 year old Ye to still take most of them initially tho which is the main point being argued

Kinda helped EA tho to basically turn into a 30 song album the following week lol.
