JIK is my least favorite Ye album due to the fact that i dont love that many of the tracks. and i cant really play through it whenever because of certain cons like the mixing of Pusha T's verse on Use This Gospel, the boringness of Hands On, and the wonky beat of On God. but then JIK peaks with beautiful songs like Closed on Sunday, Water, Every Hour, Follow God (sounds really muffled but still good), and Jesus is Lord

What personal point does that make about ye or his relationship with god tho? Everyone goes to church to scream and sing songs about how they love god. Thats not personal.

Jesus walks was personal. Relating his religion back to his struggles in the music industry and s*** you can tell he's ACTUALLY PASSIONATE ABOUT BECAUSE HE'S RAPPING IN DETAIL ABOUT THEM. Not vague mumbling
