How? He went on record to openly support a fascist president . That alone did a lot of damage for many of us. Ye used to be my fav Artist ever and now I could hardly care about his music

He supported Obama too, who bombed Middle East anyways and didn't close Guantanamo

they're versions of cut tracks from Jik

LA monster and up from the ashes

the og versions are so far ahead of the Dre versions its absurd
the Dre versions are literally just a mash of random sounds
completely incoherent and would be rivaling ye v the people for his worst song ever

    glad someone said this

I wouldn’t be surprised. My only real problem with JIK is the “I can’t let my family starve” lines, very out of place and tonedeaf

Yea it’s like wtf are you even talk about? Family starve? You have enough money for 100 life times come on now. Plus hasn’t he been saying for ages that the goal is for yeezy to become affordable clothing? That line just totally goes against his own idea lol

    A definite exception

The writing is so good on that album and obviously everything else about it is elite

Can’t say the same for J.I.K or Ye (or even KSG in my opinion)

I know there’s vulgarity on the former two but they still ass imo

KSG and JIK are actually really good imo.
Ye can def step it up though.
Felt like he was more focused on the Yandhi leaks

An artists legacy will forever be tainted by their personal actions

It happens to everyone and Kanye is no exception

    You don't get me

Of course people will s*** on him even when he's dead but people will overall love him because he changed the life of many people. Artists in the past made way worse mistakes.

Kanye went through a lot of s***, lost his mother, almost lost his career because of Taylor, almost lost his career because of this Trump and slave s*** but he's still there. Nobody can cancel him

People in here only hating because he's now over 40 and makes more Gospel music. He can do whatever he wants because he achieved everything. He's a real artist and he will never change in that aspect. If he wants to make gospel music, he does it. The same with 808s in the past. He lost so many fans and? Who cares? More artists should be like this, but most are afraid to do it because their fans might go away.

    this compared with

    Switch my, switch my attitude
    I'm so, I'm so radical
All these people mad at dude
This for who it matter to
What if Eve made apple juice?
You gon' do what Adam do?
Or say, "Baby, let's put this back on the tree" 'cause

I want to see Kanye perfect his gospel sound

he definitely can and im giving him a pass for JIK being underwhelming due to the fact that it was basically Yandhi Christian remixes
