That doesn’t mean it’s not rushed. He’s put out a mediocre project almost every year for the past 4 years. His music making process is rushed, forced, and not organic and you can clearly hear it in the music

He gotta just chill, take some time and focus on making a concise body of work.

You gotta be high on PCP to believe the last 3 album recording sessions (ye, jik, and Donda) were more organized and overall more focused than 808s, Dark Fantasy, and Yeezus

Kanye's issue is that he's just not focused enough anymore to make good music. I feel he needs great collaborators to help him out nowadays (like Cudi and his guys helping him with KSG or Push with Daytona) but his own ideas seem to be getting in his way the most nowadays.
