idk it really depends on what you're getting
it's easy to tell if shrooms will be good or not based on visual, L is completely different and there have been a***ogues going around for literally 50+ years that aren't true LSD-25.
that said a dose or two of good, clean L is wayyyyyyy better than shrooms IME.
