it seems like prod wise and lyric wise (in the way he’s had all the writing done and there’s been refs made, you can hear someone punching in finished lyrics in those snips) it’s done and he just needs to do a Yeezus and record all the final vocals
he could have it 100% done and ready to drop in the space of a couple days probably
