ik what u mean by saying the voting committee are pushing these artists but i wouldn't call them plants because the grammy nomination process is weird in general and u will always consistently get these outliers regardless of general industry push.

i think her is the only plant nominated as she seems to be the artist that deborah dugan was referring to when she accused the grammys of misconduct. the accusation detailed an artist having their song get nominated while being an active member of the nomination review committee who's goal is to prevent outlier nominations.
