The best example I can give to people. If you are a black music audiophile, you are going to explore Miles Davis some day.

But he was a tyrant to some people, he punched people in the face and stole their money, he had women working the street to support his lifestyle . He would steal your d**** at the party. He could pay for it all, he just liked to take your s***. He’s miles , what can you do? Say “ no miles, don’t do that!” Good luck with that.

But on the other side of that, he was a revolutionary genius of music who was passed the keys to the castle at Columbia records & has total creative control in his work.

You go after Ye, you better be as passionate & disappointed when it comes to Miles.

But before you do that, understand this is the price of high value art. You don’t believe me? Go get me your music collection or your film book collection.

You like hunter Thompson? I know some of you ye haters are probably reading him right now, hypocrites. Guess what? This man was obsessed with guns, assault rifles obsessed with danger & putting people in danger & his family/children in danger . He threatened to kill himself many times, he had way too many d****/weapons(including bombs) in his house or around . Does that take away from his incinerating brilliant prose that he wrote? F no….

What about Films? Kubrick was known to mentally break people down never to work in film industry ever again.

What about art? You like art? You enjoy Dali? I got news for you, Ye will never be able to hold a candle to his mercurial nature. Too many people couldn’t deal with him. He abused his cat just for photographs & taking him places he didn’t want to go. Because he wasn’t a domestic cat. He was cruel to his pets for photo shoots. . He was a sociopath & a pathological liar. Some of you right now have a screen saver of this man and calling Ye insufferable & abusive.😒

My point isn’t to diss some of your favorites, ktt2 fam.

My point is to say that shocking beautiful art has a price. The price of the glimpse of the face of stark raving madness up close for many who chose to be there & risk it.

NOT ONCE has humanity said “ I’m good”

The same person who made What’s going on was abusing his gf & making her feel worthless because he was paranoid of everyone leaving him & being happy while he was miserable. This is the price- many people in misery & ruin.

We can keep going….. there are so many in your house you don’t know about. But some of you are so damn focused only on Ye. And that’s the issue I have. Everyone else gets the pass? Why? & why should anyone take your criticism of Ye seriously, if you conveniently don’t want to discuss these discrepancies?
