Its complicated
I actually like it but the novelty and initial shock factor of the lyrics has worn off a bit, and now I think it has interesting production ideas and how it sounds but how it was put together as a composition was a bit lacklustre
Also the fact the looped outro is more than a third of the whole song just means I get a bit sick of it before it ends, he could've at least added the beep from the rest of the song to it or something, but ultimately I would've preferred if he cut it short
defo has a place on the album tho with some work

in essence, it has big "left off the album but turns into a cult classic" vibes where its an interesting idea that we haven't seen take shape properly yet :)
