Are we talking about the IG/Kim mess? Because if a fan or listener is simply observing the situation as an outsider and evaluating right and wrong from the little details we can see for ourselves, that's not hate.
There are people who legitimately hate on here. Whether it be just personal dislike of the artist, or in retaliation for their artists being hated on the site. But the above examples, and what I've seen in the thread the past couple days, is not hate in its majority. It's opinions. It's discussion.
