As someone whose brain constantly grabs for stimulation I did it what 2018 last time I did a tank which had lights and a light like healing frequency music. This time I am doing silence. You can always have options. So imagine all the thoughts that run through your mind before you try to sleep. Imagine your general subconscious, dreams, worries, fears, happy thoughts, intrusive thoughts. You never truly see or remember them unless you are able to pause in something like this

For those that never want to do Psychadelics in their life I highly recommend a sensory deprivation tank. At least the lighted one with sound if claustrophobia doesn't bother you. Also at most places first float is like half or a fraction off. Helps you break up tedium, burn out or cycles in brain. So something in my brain said s*** its 2.22.22 on a Tuesday and Ye dropping and its winter so I dont feel like tripping quite yet/ want to get there without just d****.

Its definitely worth looking into if you never have. I skydived in 2016 too lol. I recommend skydiving or sensory deprivation to just change how you process time and perspective
