it basically boils down to billionaires being a byproduct of extreme inequality and allocation of resources
Historically billionaires/rich ppl in general want to maintain their wealth so a lot of their social programs or aid that they offer don’t do enough and uphold their positions as billionaires

I personally advocate taxing billionaires out of existence
