Jul 30, 2021be2saneI can’t relate but i can sense your sadness and dread. Reading about cluster B type personality disorders made me realize a lot. Knowledge really makes you empathise with people who you would otherwise describe as “weird” or “off-kilter”.
I’m particularly realizing the societal impact of trauma on all of us, and how sad and lonely we are. Wish i could give all the kids who need it the most a hug, but sadly the world is too big and ferocious for me alone to do that.Just wanna say i have utmost respect for people such as yourself, managing to keep your head above water despite it all.
I really hope for improvements in our education and health care.

We’re only getting better at dealing w it as a society.
My grandma had severe anxiety and she was in a mental institution that was basically a prison getting shock treatments and on absurd doses of benzos (60mg of ambien I think) and that was in the 60s
I’m grateful for where we’re at now and will get to next
