It’s hard to even get a excited for a new album cuz you never what Kanye you’re gonna get. The “I put some effort into” musical genius Kanye or the “I recorded this 2 hours ago on my iPhone”Kanye..shit be hit or miss.
Does anybody actually record, produce, or engineer music? I keep hearing everyone get at Kanye for his iPhone vocals.
The mic on an iphone is amazing, and if you have the right engineers around you, it can sound better than a vocal recorded on a $5000 mic with the wrong engineers around you.
