i understand that a lot of people on this site don’t even care about actual rap music like that so I get why y’all try to downplay thisi think rap has evolved past just lyrics and who “spits” the best. lil baby sounds the same on every beat, he doesn’t even try to sound different or change his tone of voice. it’s like a robot rapping. at least people like Thug, Future, Uzi, Carti, Kendrick, Kanye play around with their voice and inflections and tones. where it sounds hard AF but also fun and engaging.
