1. play the livestream on your phone using the Apple Music app
2. download the iTunes app on windows and sign onto the same account you used for apple music
3. under the "for you" tab in the top bar, there should be a section titled "recently played". even if it doesn't show up now, hit the "see all" button to the far right

The "For You" tab only works for AM paid users.
And people should just be patient. The livestream is going to pop up for everyone in the browser section anytime soon.

Open the link in OP on mobile signed into your account. Close it
Open up the ITunes/Apple Music app on your computer signed into the same account.
From the top middle menu bar, click “For You” and in the second row of options below should be “Recently Played”
Click on dat Kanye West Presents a Donda Listening Event.
