for me personally yes because i also dont really have family and even though i nevr really attend church or know about religion or anything i have faith in good things happening to those who treat people good and good will come soon so believing in god even if its false gives me hope

was he with kim then? didnt think so. rollout was dope, but i do remember him rushing to finish recording vocals the last week, and completely re-doing part of the album at the last minute with rubin. which was a little chaotic

and forgive my bad explanation my memory sucks

at one point a donda sample talking about family says something like 'and you never leave your family behind' and then starts repeating quicker and quicker while kanye raps over it emotionally about losing his family. iirc a lyric was something like kanye pleading 'im losing my familyyyyy' and with the sample in the background and the current content with kim it was amazing one of his emotional songs yet im being deadass i almost cried.
