I honestly thought it was over for ye after LP1, crazy how quickly he turned some of those songs around

that weeknd interview when he mentioned wanting to work with kanye again releasing when it did was really a miracle

pretty sure andrea c0ck and BGFX did too but we were def the minority

i think its really something interesting, to me it sounds like something like ye 2018, its just really depressing, barebones instrumentally and really minimalistic

like never abandon your family -> that hurricane -> moon don solo -> jonah -> pure souls is suuuuper cold and you can tell the album was at first much sadder by looking at the LV tracklist too

i think if that dropped it would have been one of those mega grower kanye albums, but it was clearly unfinished and we got the best album we could have out of this era
