FlapheadI’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: this is exactly what I expected and frankly what Kanye should have expected after to choosing to pull that Manson and DaBaby stunt. The album’s damn good and I fully disagree with the critical a***ysis of the work itself, but he also deserves to have a dumbass stunt like that overshadow it if he chooses to pull it. Both things can be true at once.
I’ve also said it before and I’ll say it again: JIK is garbage and this is miles better in every way.

It doesn’t at all, but it’s exactly what was going to happen in today’s media landscape. Everyone’s scrambling to scrape any kind of revenue off of clicks. Of course they’re going to react like this, and I guarantee that their predictable outrage factored into Kanye’s decision to bring Manson and DaBaby out in the first place.
