DONDA his most cohesive album since Yeezus.
I f***ing love it. It could’ve been better without Carti’s verses tho
No!
I definitely get that for some people this album is just too long especially for the casuals. Jon Denton was very overwhelmed on his first reaction
It definitely should have been about 5 songs shorter but that definitely doesnt make it a f***ing 4
The top 15 tracks on this are some of his best work in a decade
rare woke moment from you Danny
extremely rare
literally every review is mostly critiquing him as a person rather than the music
“Racism still alive, they just be concealing it”
critics
pitchfork better not score donda less than 7.5 after giving 7s to Ye and JiK
pitchfork 10 incoming
music critics should be people who actually make music
agreed
as an artist its much different
pitchfork better not score donda less than 7.5 after giving 7s to Ye and JiK
Doubt it.
This is why Kanye talks so much about Prince btw
what did they do to prince?
pitchfork better not score donda less than 7.5 after giving 7s to Ye and JiK
Gonna get a -7
literally every review is mostly critiquing him as a person rather than the music
Been like this since he supported trump
Thats why TLOP still got good reviews

I think the independant one
"only decent songs are when he reuses other great ones" type beat
I think Yeezus is a classic & better album than anything that was released after it.
But I enjoy melodic/happy Ye.
So I'll be bump'n joints like Pablo & Donda more often even though they aren't as good (if that makes sense)
Makes perfect sense dont worry, ive been saying that for a while
legitimately don't dare about the reviews this time around
used to keep an eye on them every Kanye release but I couldn't care less this time
Been like this since he supported trump

tbf ye and jik havent been exactly amazing records especially to non ye fans
