Can someone tell me what’s the point of tell the vision song?

I feel like he just wanted to pay homage to Pop and give him his own moment on the album. Ye was clearly influenced by Brooklyn Drill on Off The Grid so in a way it’s fitting I guess. It does feel out of place tho.

I understand but why his vocals mixed so terrible? Could’ve at least spit verse or two and had pop on the hook.
