I put on Moon for my girlfriend…she heard it once or twice before in the LP rips but she starting balling. Context: about to lose her grandmother. But the point I’m trying to make is that there are several songs on this album that, if you’re emotionally vulnerable, will bring you to TEARS. Most artists CANNOT do that. I’m a Christian myself and I remember tearing up to Water from JIK because it was such a beautiful Godly tribute and the appreciation I had for a modern hip hop artist to devote a song like that was heartfelt.
