We are now in a position after 13 months, 4 listening parties, 3 of which were in stadiums and countless tweets seemingly confirming the album’s release where it’s A) either scrapped entirely or B) being uploaded to streaming services. Nobody is saying a word. The last 24 hours have been nothing short of a complete, unadulterated catastrophe. We get Kanye’s manager delivering unnecessarily cryptic posts which, as everything has over the last 13 months, inevitably lead to nothing. Blaccmass who I’m not hating on at all, was telling us all week it’d be dropping Friday, or Saturday morning, only for him to insinuate in DM’s at the same time Kim and Kanye are posting about the album that it has in fact been scrapped. This is a clusterfuck which has landed once again squarely in the faces of his most loyal fans. I’m done, if it or whatever music ye decides to record ever releases I’ll listen but as for staying up to date on this, my time and urs is simply too valuable.
