My theory based on blaccmass dm’s: Kanye deleted or lost the stems by accident so he can’t do things like add Hov or cudi back or mix the songs anymore. So he’s stuck with LP3 as the final version and would rather just scrap the album now instead of drop it in this form

Yup. And thee stems were lost by Kim Kardashian & Kanye West having ridiculously hot make-up s***on the desk and then they Kim Kardashian accidentally bumped into the delete button on the laptop that was on the desk.
